I stayed for around a month at this place and I highly recommend it! Firstly, the location is in the heart of Montreal downtown (situated close to the Orange and Green line on the metro). The place is close to chinatown and a short walk to St Catherine street (a major shopping street). It is also really close to a local supermarket (IGA) and yes that supermarket does sell reasonably priced maple syrup (for anyone looking for souvenirs). Secondly, the place itself was very beautiful. It looks just like the photos in the descriptions. The space was clean and spacious, styled with nice touches and nice decor, wifi was good (even comes with netflix!), the bed was comfortable and there was so much storage space for luggage and clothes! Also, there is a kitchen and Roxanne was very thoughtful to supply the pantry with some basic cooking items such as spices, sugar and salt which is really helpful if you want to cook a quick meal. Also if you are a visitor Roxanne has supplied the apartment with tourist maps and guides so you can start planning from the comfort of your own home! Lastly, Roxanne was such a helpful and wonderful host! She was there to show me around the apartment and explain where everything is. She made sure to keep in contact to make sure I settled in and if i needed anything. If you're visiting Montreal, you should definitely think about staying here, don't worry Roxanne will look after you!

I had a wonderful experience staying in Roxanne's flat. She is very friendly, always available and a pleasure to deal with. The flat is centrally located. Close to Old Montreal, downtown, shops, restaurants, metro stations, and everything else you can imagine. The location is really ideal. Despite the fact that this is downtown, the flat is quiet and looks out onto a courtyard, so you don't hear the hustle and bustle of the city, but you get the proximity of everything the city is about. The flat itself is clean, well decorated and it's got everything you need. I would highly recommend staying here for business or pleasure.

Cet appartement situé au centre ville près de la Place des Arts est très confortable et décoré avec goût.La grande baie vitrée du salon donne sur une terrasse entourée d'arbres ce qui est appréciable.L'équipement ,les fournitures,vaisselles,literie,nous n'avons manqué de rien.Tout était parfait sans oublier l'accueil chaleureux et la ponctualité de notre hôte.

Roxanne was a wonderful host - excellent communication through the entire booking. We booked an extended stay for our staff heading to Montreal and the location was excellent in relation to downtown. Our staff were extremely happy with the accommodations and facilities available. We will book again in the future for extended stays.

The apartment is everything you can dream of. This place is so well located that we forgot to use public transit to go anywhere in the downtown area. It is just minutes walking from both the green and orange Metro lines and you have access to the underground city just by crossing the street. The host is magnificent and does go out of her way to ensure your pleasant stay. Montreal has thousands of apartments for rent but I already know that if it is for me or if I have to recommend one, this will be my choice. Thanks Roxanne Edgard and Antonella

The condo was everything you could ever want. It had a very central location, about 3 minutes to Place D'armes and 5 minutes to Complexe Dejardins. Lots of food nearby so you're never going to be left hungry. The apartment was very beautiful, very nicely furnished and was very well equipped. I was very impressed with the amount of amenities provided. It made me feel like I was home very quickly. The bed was extremely comfortable, which really helped with my jet lag, and the bathroom was also nice and spacious. Overall, the apartment is perfect and I cant say enough good things about it. Roxanne was also very accommodating and always made sure that everything was alright for us. When I do come to visit Montréal, I will definitely look out for Roxanne's place again!

Un 10/10 pour Roxanne et son appartement! Fidèle aux photos, l'appartement est superbe! Spacieux, confortable, neuf, moderne, tout équipé et près de tout! À 5 minutes à pieds, vous aurez tous les services...j'y retournerais à coup sûr et je le recommanderais les yeux fermés à mes meilleurs amis! Roxanne a été parfaite du début à la fin! Seul petit détail un peu moins pratique serait le parking pour ceux et celles qui ont une voiture. Il faut prévoir un bon budget pour se stationner à proximité, nous sommes au centre-ville, alors un stationnement sous-terrain sécuritaire coûte cher. Hélène G.

Roxanne était présente à l'arrivée et elle a été très accueillante ne ménagent aucun effort pour me faire sentir à l'aise. L'appartement était très propre et très bien équipé. L'emplacement de l'appartement est excellant près du centre-ville et de tous les services (épicerie, commission des liqueurs, etc.), je recommande très chaudement l'appartement de Roxanne.

Roxanne's place was wonderful! It is perfectly located near Place des Arts on a quiet street but still in a very central location. The apartment itself is clean, beautiful, and modern. It had everything I needed for my stay! It felt cozy yet luxurious. I would most definitely recommend this place. Roxanne was an amazing host. She was very welcoming and friendly and made herself available if ever I needed anything. She is extremely helpful. Thanks for the great stay!

For my first renting adventure, this was a blast! Roxanne was responsive throughout our experience. She was prompt to welcome us, and gave a thorough tour of the apartment. To our pleasant surprise, it was as pictured and more. The kitchen was well stocked, utensils and towels well supplied and immaculate. The bathroom was spacious, clean, with an inviting bathtub, and also has the washing and drying machine for your laundry needs. The king size bed was real comfy, and the air conditioning a welcome break to the heat. [...]The location is prime. You can walk to Place des Arts and Place d'Armes, and Chinatown is just around the corner. Pharmacies, groceries, and shopping malls are within easy reach. The neighborhood is very quiet despite its location, which to me was the best of both worlds. Overall, we were really happy to have taken our chances and tried this listing out. Roxanne was a superb host, and we would love to stay here again the next time I come by Montreal for a visit. :") If you're looking for a place close to public transportation, quiet, clean, and are not the partying type, this is the perfect place for you.
